Policies
All services require a minimum of one hour. Fees are then calculated in 15-minute increments thereafter. As many services as possible will be completed in the hour. Hourly rate begins from the time of departure, at Atl Celebrity Assistant location, and continues until the requested taskis completed. Hourly rates do not include the cost of items purchased. You have the option of providing, cash, check, or you can pre-purchase items with your credit card. There is a 5% fee for any items or expenses purchased with Atl Celebrity Assistant funds. This fee is non-refundable. Reduced rates are available for advance purchase of multiple hours. We would be pleased to discuss how we can customize your needs so that you may benefit from our services.

Give someone you care about the ultimate gift… time. Our services are available for purchase in the form of a gift certificate. What better way to say thank you to your assistant or hardworking employee, show your concern to someone recuperating from surgery, share the joy with new parents, assist the frequent traveler or busy executive, welcome the new homeowner? This is simply the most unique gift to anyone, especially people who have everything… but extra time. Hours must be used within a 12-month period from the date of purchase. No refunds for unused time.
Payment
Monies are due upon completion of services rendered. Atl Celebrity Assistant accepts cash, checks and all major credit cards. A $25 fee will be assessed for any returned checks. Cancellations If it is necessary to cancel a scheduled service, Atl Celebrity Assistant requires 24 hour advance notice. Failure to provide this requirement will result in a $30.00 cancellation fee. Cancellation fees for all special events such as b’nei mitzvahs, weddings, etc. is substantially higher per the Event Contract. Access to Client’s Property If Atl Celebrity Assistant cannot gain access to the client’s residence or place of business, the client will be charged a $30.00 cancellation fee. Personal Information First and foremost, all information regarding clients of Atl Celebrity Assistant is held in the strictest confidence and will not be sold to any outside source. We take the protection of your privacy very seriously and have implemented a policy for the handling of your confidential and personal information.
